My husband wanted a tea kettle for his woodstove to actually heat water and make tea and cocoa for him and our grandkids. I now know all cast iron tea kettles are actual working teapots. So make sure you check this out...this is a really nice heavy, cut and functional teapot. The handle can be hot, but he keeps a towel handy to save the fingers
My husband and I love to drink herbal tea in the evening. We had some bulk teavana tea that was given as a gift. This pot has a nice large basket for the loose tea (because it expands when it is soaked in water). I have found that I can get two to three pots of tea from one batch of loose tea. We drink the first pot hot, then I make herbal iced tea with the rest. The pot is very well made and keeps the tea hot (we use smaller cups to drink delicious hot tea).
I am very pleased with this teapot, would recommend the purchase to any tea lover, and would buy it again.
Very cute teapot that is durable & easy to clean. It did seem a bit small at first, out of the box but it actuallt holds much more water than it first seems. The teapot made a perfect gift for my husband. We have used it many times with no issues and great tasting tea.
It’s a teapot. Hard to get that wrong. It looks great, very stylish. Be sure to let it dry our on the hot stove for a minute after use or it will rust. Hipsters say the cast iron makes for better tea. Not sure if that’s true, but I like
The look of it.
First product arrived with broken handle, emailed customer support and they sent out a new one at no cost.
We have been using this pot ever since and it does a great job at steeping the tea as well keeping it warm.
Love this, it's beautiful! It's smaller than it appears in photos but it's the perfect teapot for tea lovers!
