This tea is my daily black tea. The quality is consistent and the flavor is exactly what you would expect from a pot brewed at a restaurant. I brew it at 175 degrees for two minutes and get three good steeps (I use two teaspoons per 8oz of water). The second steep is the best but all three are great. A great black tea for those who are just starting to brew loose leaf tea as this particular tea is very forgiving about temperature and steep time. That being said never use boiling water or steep for more than three minutes. Highly recommended
Jin Junmei looks very beautiful. I like to brew with transparent glass teaset. The color of the tea liquid is very beautiful and the taste is very delicious.
